Over 150 global and regional global architecture business leaders convened in Dubai for Leaders in Architecture MENA Summit.
Over the last decade, the region has shattered all the expectation in terms of creating the most stimulating and iconic architecture in the world. Not only the MENA region boasts the most innovative architectural designs but also hosts the largest number of multibillion dollar mega projects.
Understanding the positive impact and increasing influence of the diverse architectural projects and designs on the region’s strategy of diversification from the oil based economy and opportunities it creates, over 150 global and regional global architecture business leaders assembled in Sofitel Downtown Dubai for the 2 day Leaders in Architecture MENA Summit on 25th-26th April 2016 in order to discuss future trends and projects that will highlight the region on the global industry landscape.
Leaders in Architecture MENA Summit is the most prestigious platform dedicated to promoting and advancing architecture industry across the countries of the Middle East and North Africa. The summit agenda discussed the outlook for architecture and design trends in the MENA region, business trends and strategies of global, regional and boutique firms as well as tackled the specifics of sector specific projects such healthcare, hospitality and sustainability to name a few.
The next edition of Leaders in Architecture MENA will return in April 2017, however its sister event Leaders in Design MENA which is also organized by International Business Council will take place this November 2016 in Dubai and will tackle interior design together with multiple award winning designers who will be joining the summit from across the world.
