Scott Kilbourn

Scott is a Principal at Perkins Eastman with 36 years of design, management and business development experience in large scale architectural and planning projects, focusing particularly as a leader in the firm’s international practice group.  He brings expertise in the design of multiple project types including mixed-use, hospitality, residential, healthcare, education and community design.  Currently, he contributes to the firm’s Middle East and India practices and is a co-director of Perkins Eastman’s Mumbai office.  He spent over a decade developing practices and designing projects in East Asia and currently resides in Washington, DC
